Seismos provides the real-time measurement intelligence inside Machina™, ProFrac's design-to-execution well optimization suite. Together, we have transitioned closed-loop fracturing from pilot programs to standardized execution across active completion programs.
SAFA™ captures acoustic data at high frequency during active pumping, analyzing perforation friction, cluster-level flow distribution, and Uniformity Index in real time. Each stage is compared against operator-defined performance thresholds. When UI or friction values deviate from the target envelope, the system prescribes specific interventions — rate adjustments, diverter drops, or fluid changes. ProPilot executes these pump schedule adjustments with millisecond latency, closing the loop between subsurface measurement and surface execution without manual intervention.
