Seismos provides the real-time measurement intelligence inside Machina™, ProFrac's design-to-execution well optimization suite. Together, we have transitioned closed-loop fracturing from pilot programs to standardized execution across active completion programs.
Machina™ unifies treatment design, real-time subsurface measurement via SAFA™, intra-stage intervention logic, frac hit detection, and historical performance analytics into a single closed-loop workflow. Seismos' acoustic sensing captures perforation friction, cluster-level flow distribution, and Uniformity Index at high frequency during active pumping. When performance deviates from the target envelope, the system prescribes corrective interventions and executes them at surface with millisecond-scale latency through ProFrac's ProPilot automation.
The result: operators move from reactive post-job analysis to controlled, real-time execution — optimizing every stage while it is still pumping.
